These terms govern your use of AI Sales Agent ("the Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them.

The Service

AI Sales Agent connects your Instagram professional account to an AI assistant that responds to customer DMs, recommends products you list, creates orders, and verifies payments made directly to your own payment account. We never hold your customers' funds.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business, product, and pricing information — the AI relies on it and will not invent details you haven't provided.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Use the Service in compliance with Instagram's and Meta's own platform policies, since messages are sent through your connected Instagram account.
• You remain responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, pricing, and fulfillment of orders.

AI-generated responses

The AI responds using the business information, product data, and policies you provide. You can take over any conversation manually at any time, and disable the AI entirely from your dashboard.

Payments

Payment verification is performed by our backend against real transaction data from your connected payment provider. We are not a party to the underlying transaction between you and your customer.

Termination

You may disconnect your Instagram account or delete your business account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable platform policies.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service means you accept the current version.
