You can request deletion of your data from AI Sales Agent at any time.
From your dashboard, disconnecting your Instagram account revokes our access to it immediately. To request full deletion of your business account and all associated data — conversations, orders, products, and connected account details — contact us at [replace with your support email before submitting for App Review]. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days, except where we're required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes.
If you've messaged a business using AI Sales Agent and want your conversation data deleted, contact that business directly, or email us at [replace with your support email before submitting for App Review] with the Instagram account you messaged from and the business you contacted, and we will delete the associated conversation data from our systems.
Deletion removes stored messages, customer records, and connected account credentials associated with the request. Aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot be traced back to an individual are not affected.
